Agenda and Meeting Materials (budgets, staff reports, committee reports and proposals for consideration) are sent to Board Members via email in advance of each board meeting. They are also posted in SWS private Box where all members have view access. Any member may attend any meeting but please advise the President in advance if you want to add something to the agenda.
