Free Workshop: Creosote Removal – How YOU Can Help Keep Our Beaches Clean! Be part of the solution to clean up our beaches!

Join fellow community members to serve as eyes on the beach to help identify and report creosote-treated debris to the Washington Department of Natural Resources creosote removal program.

At this free workshop, you will learn about the creosote removal program, how to identify creosote on the beach, and how you can report it using just your smartphone!

We are offering this workshop on Camano and Whidbey Islands:

Camano Workshop
When: Saturday, October 12, 9:00am-11:00am
Where: Utsalady Ladies Aid (78 Utsalady Ladies Aid, Camano Island)

Whidbey Workshop
When: Saturday, October 12, 2:00pm-4:00pm
Where: Pacific Rim Institute (180 Parker Rd, Coupeville)
