Don Noviello

Speaker: Donald T. Noviello is a Fish and Wildlife Biologist with the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife, Oil Spill Team specializing in oil spill response planning for marine mammals. He is a retired United States Coast Guard Officer with significant nationwide oil spill response experience. His formal training includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Fisheries Science from the University of Washington and a Master’s degree in Biology from Western Washington University and has also graduated from the TEEX Oil Spill Control Course from Texas A&M in Galveston.
