Following SWS tradition of alternating islands annually, the 2022 Summer Picnic is hosted by Whidbey. Spouses and families welcome to attend!
Location: Deception Pass West Beach Shelter
Mussel Discs? Vance Wilsey is collecting them to turn in for mussels to serve. Please let Vance know if you have discs to turn in.
Whidbey Steering Committee seeks volunteers for the following roles:
- Planning/publicity
- Purchasing food (Costco run?)
- Photo taking
- MC for the event ?
- Shelter clean up prior to event (starts at 10:30 am)
- Set up (11:00 am)
- Mussel servers
- Several folks to grill veggie burgers/brats
- Other support as identified by the planning team
