Brenda Johnson and Karin Ertl, of East Jefferson, joined Jackie Canterbury on the KPTZ podcast “Nature Now” to introduce listeners to Pigeon Guillemots and the breeding survey. According to Shannon Boldt, Pigeon Guillemot Breeding Survey Program Coordinator, “the podcast is a really lovely account of the birds, why the survey is important, and what it’s like to be a beach surveyor”.
