* Prairie Tours – ~1.5 hours; moderate walking; mostly level ground; prairie remnant, new restoration areas, Garry oak savanna
* Native Plant Center Tour – ~1 hour; close to parking area; see and learn about native plant propagation and how we use our shade area, nursery beds and greenhouse
* Earthquakes and Whidbey Island – ~1 hour in Granary; learn from MIckey Cassar of the Pacific Northwest Seismic Network; learn about the seismic monitor on PRI’s prairie
SATURDAY DETAILS:

* PREDATORS – Join Dave Coleburn, owner of Northwest Wildlife Sanctuary and hold an alligator! Check out a giant snapping turtle and perhaps some other slithering surprises. Learn about the roles of predators in ecosystems around the world. (~1.5 hours)
* RAPTORS – Join Master Falconer Steve Layman and falconer Joel Gerlach with their Saker Falcon and Red-Tailed Hawk – get up close and personal with these birds and learn all about them from these experts (~1.5 hours)
* LIVE MUSIC – Join guitarist Randy Williams around the firepit
