The Membership Care Committee:

• Scott Chase to discuss
• The current focus is on (1) better ways for SWS to more quickly communicate with each other about important events, meetings, activities, etc, which Hadley and Tabitha are working on, and (2) the possibility of having a secondary tier of being involved with SWS without taking VET.

Social Connections update:

• Looking for someone to take the lead role on this committee
• Monthly Camano Coffee Hour – would there be any objection to scheduling on the same day as Whidbey’s Coffee Hour (for consistency on the SWS calendar)? Should locations rotate regularly or use just one location?

Steering Committee continues to seek new members:

• Next meeting is Monday, Feb 5 @ 9:30 am via zoom

Camano Events Team:

• Next meeting is at 1pm on January 30 at the Camano Island Library

Carpool Coordination:

• Storming the Sound, January 25th in La Conner- Camano meet to carpool from Terry’s Corner Park N Ride at 7:30am?
• Sound Waters University, February 3 in Coupeville-Camano meet to carpool from Terry’s Corner Park N ride at 6:30am?
