Barbara Brock has been an involved community member in local efforts to protect and recover salmon habitat for over 20 years. This field trip stops at three (3) sites along Kristoferson Creek to view habitat recovery at work and possibly see salmon. Meet where Kristoferson Creek flows into Triangle Cove (see black arrow on map). It is necessary to drive your car between sites. The last stop is at Kristoferson Farm, home to Canopy NW Ziplines. Barbara Brock was awarded Hometown Hero in 2021 by Commissioner Janet St Clair and Coastal Volunteer of the Year in 2010.
