Camano SWS Holiday Party

Decorated trees fill the Great Hall for the Holidays. This one was decorated in 2021 by Milla and Richard Freauff, SWS Class of 2015.

In-Person! YOU and your spouse or guest are invited to join your fellow Stewards for a year-end party to celebrate our accomplishments together.

Details:

  • Location: Great Hall at Cama Center at Cama Beach State Park (Discover Pass Required or one-day pass may be purchased at machine at the entrance)
  • Entry Donation: $10 per person – we accept cash, check or card – proceeds to SWS
  • Potluck Dinner: bring a dish (main, appetizer, side or dessert) and your own beverages to share (adult-only welcome). Bring plate, utensils, serving utensils, glassware, etc
    • We do not have access to the kitchen but there are plugins for hot dishes
  • Bring a musical instrument to join the jam session
  • Raffle items are amazing and wonderful – tickets are $5 each; use your tickets to vote for the items you most want to increase the chances that your name will be drawn
  • Small Silent Auction – includes the very generous two-night three-day getaway to Lake Quinault lakefront home for up to 8 people couples accompanied by hosts Dave and Linda Brubaker – for mutually agreeable dates in July or August 2023
  • ALL Funds raised will support SWS activities in 2023!

Schedule:

3:30 to 5 pm – Setup dining tables and raffle item display

5:30 to 6:30 pm – Greet new and old friends, enjoy appetizers, buy raffle tickets

6:30 to 7:30 pm – Dinner with background music on CDs

7:30 to 8:30 pm – Drawing of raffle tickets, Dessert, Jam Session for Entertainment

8:30 pm – Cleanup
