Lighthouse Environmental Program (LEP) provides year-round funding to support Sound Water Stewards based, in part, upon the presentation of the annual popular educational event, Sound Waters University (SWU), known as the “one day university for all.”
The funding source for LEP is your purchase of a specialty lighthouse license plate at the Washington Department of Motor Vehicles.
