Board Term 2022-2024
Tom Hiegler joined SWS in 2019 and has served on the VET committee and as a co-lead for Sound Water University 2022 and Program lead for SWU2022. He’s worked as an educator – Teacher, Principal, Counselor and Special Ed Teacher for 30 years the last ten in Stanwood. Currently is an individual and Relationship Coach. Tom is very interested in the educational aspects of SWS and in helping volunteers become an even more integral part of SWS especially as part of the various leadership teams. Tom has lived on Camano Island for the last 15 years with his wife Shannon on their small farmstead with five goats, a dozen chickens and three English Shepherds, and large garden. He has a son and daughter.
